TD Bank predicts long term housing drop

New prediction from TD Bank, suggesting that Vancouver will see a 15% drop in housing prices over the next 2-3 years.

TD Bank says Vancouver's real estate market is stabilizing after soaring last year.  Despite the recent pull back in sales volume, the market remains in balanced territory and underlying prices are continuing to expand.

Vancouver Homeowners Least Likely to Renovate

Recent survey from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation stated, that out of the 10 largest cities in Canada, Vancouver is the least likely to renovate their homes.

It's already the middle of the 2012, and we've seen that the market has slowed down compared to previous years. The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential property sales in Greater Vancouver declined 15.5% compared to the same time last year.
